4. Requirements for each position:
(i) Civil engineer: The specialists will have a university degree in civil engineering, environmental sciences or a related discipline, and have at least 5 years of experience in preparation of feasibility studies for urban infrastructure projects.
(ii) Water and sanitation specialist: The specialists will have a university degree in civil engineering, environmental sciences or a related discipline, and have at least 5 years of experience in preparation of feasibility studies for urban water supply and sanitation projects.
(iii) Town planners: The specialists will have a university degree in urban planning or a related discipline, and have at least 5 years of experience in urban planning.
(iv) Flood control and drainage specialists: The specialists will have a university degree in civil engineering, environmental sciences or a related discipline, and have at least 5 years of experience in preparation of feasibility studies for flood and drainage projects.
(v) Solid waste management specialists: The specialist will have a university degree in civil engineering, environmental sciences or a related discipline, and have at least 5 years of experience in preparation of feasibility studies for solid waste management.
(vi) Road engineers: The specialist will have a university degree in civil engineering, transport or a related discipline, and have at least 5 years of experience in preparation of feasibility studies for highways and urban roads.
(vii) Procurement specialists: The specialist will have a university degree in civil engineering, or a related discipline, and have at least 5 years of experience in procurement, contracting and implementation of urban infrastructure projects.
(viii) Geographic information system (GIS) specialists: The specialists will have a university degree in geography, cartography, geographic information systems or a related discipline, and have at least 5 years of experience in GIS work and preparation of thematic maps as required for the production of feasibility studies. The GIS specialists will work with all international and national specialists on thematic maps as required for the project.
(ix) Institutional development specialists: The specialists will have a university degree in public administration or a related discipline, and have at least 5 years of experience in preparation of urban development and infrastructure projects.
(x) Financial and economic analysts: The specialists will have a university degree in finance, economy or a related discipline, and have at least 7 years of experience in financial analysis and financial management of similar projects, particularly in the urban area, municipal finance, and urban infrastructure.
(xi) Social development and gender specialists: The specialists will have a university degree in social development, gender studies or another related specialization, and have at least 5 years of experience in social and poverty analysis, gender and development, community participation, poverty impact assessments, and international development projects.
(xii) Resettlement and indigenous peoples specialists: The specialists will have a university degree in sociology, anthropology or a related discipline, and have at least 5 years of experience in design and implementation of resettlement and indigenous peoples plans.
(xiii) Environmental specialists: The specialists will have a university degree in civil engineering, environmental sciences or a related discipline, and have at least 5 years of experience in preparation of initial environmental examinations (IEE) or summary IEE, environmental assessment and review framework (EARF), and environmental management plans (EMP).
